Marketing Strategy of High Throughput Satellite (HTS) Utilization For Indonesian Multifunctional Services in 3t Area

Indonesia, as the biggest archipelagic country in world, has a problem with distribution of its network infrastructure to provide broadband access across regions. It is very important because Indonesia entered digital era which needs data, Indonesia’s capacity data are growing rapidly. A submarine cable can provided connect connections between cities and provinces, especially 3T area (frontier, outermost, least developed region), but there’s still lot that can’t covered fiber optic many factors, company complete uncovered satellite, named High Throughput Satellite (HTS) will be completed 2023. Based on condition above, must immediately develop an business strategy after HTS activity, considering competition Telecommunication industry. This study marketing for PT Angkasa Satu. The analysis used preparing alternative based observations internal external factors company. carried out using quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) method, TOWS IE Matrix. EFE IFE Matrix analyse company’s strength, weaknesses, opportunities threats. Then define several IFE. All calculated QSPM. result this thesis focusing market utilization (marketing strategy) relevant applied by face future.
